Backtagging: Absolutely.
Threadjacking: Sure, but I ask you to warn in advance, at least if it's more serious thread. If it's not, you can go ahead.
Fourth walling: Depends on how it's done. Naegi won't exactly believe all of it, but I'd like to avoid him actually realizing that he's a fictional character. Lets talk it out first, and we'll see what we can do.
Subjects to avoid: Can't think of any, at the moment. Will bring it up if something bothers me.

Topics to avoid: Can't think of any, right now.
Physical contact: Depending on what kind of physical contact, it's okay. He won't react violently and usually won't even react angrily, but it might be really awkward, if it's too much.
Kissing: Guess it's okay, but he might end up freaking out and avoiding your character out of embarrassment if it's something too sudden.
Flirting: Sure. He doesn't flirt much so he might not do more than blush and be embarrassed, but go ahead.
Fighting: I don't mind, but remember that he's not much of a fighter, so I doubt he'd be coerced into a fight.
Injuring this character: Nothing too severe (like don't cut off his limbs or something) and nothing lethal, please. Basically, don't kill him or maim him in a way that he can't recover from later.
Anything else: Naegi tends to be pretty passive, but there's also a lot he doesn't say. He tends to make sure conversations go as smoothly as he can so nothing unpleasant happens, but he does have his own opinions about people and subjects.
